3. Consultation Process

Our services begin with a qualification process. After you submit a contact form, our team will review your requirements and contact you within 24 hours if your project qualifies for our services. Not all inquiries may be accepted for consultation.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for our services varies based on project scope, complexity, and lead source. Our standard pricing structure includes:

• Starter package: $45 per qualified lead
• Professional package: $65 per qualified lead
• Enterprise package: $85 per qualified lead

Final pricing will be determined during the consultation process and confirmed in writing before work begins.

5. Intellectual Property

All custom AI solutions, strategies, and implementations developed specifically for your organization remain your intellectual property upon full payment. Cryovolcano retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific knowledge developed during the engagement.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, business processes, and proprietary data. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be executed for all consulting engagements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cryovolcano's liability for any claims arising from our consulting services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Performance Guarantees

While we strive for optimal results, AI implementation success depends on various factors including client cooperation, data quality, and organizational readiness. We provide a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for our consulting services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the consulting engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Antonio, Texas.
